A classic red lip is never out of style. And for the House of CHANEL, a red lip is as much a part of the DNA as are strands of pearls and two-tone slingbacks. But for the Spring/Summer 2025 Haute Couture Show, the beauty look was extra bold. A full, matte red lip took centre stage while the rest of the face was kept clean and pared back. Luminous natural skin was achieved with a light-weight foundation and subtle highlighter and blush while eye makeup was kept to a strict minimum. The goal was: timeless allure meets modern intensity. Something that would match the spirit of the collection and stand out amongst the full range of colour throughout the looks.
